Initially Djing progressive-psy and techno music, he later transitioned his sound, gravitating more towards deep house sounds. Hence his ability to unite a plethora of elements and genres throughout his sets. His dark trippy melodic sounds are distinctive, forged through a combination of unique blends digital, analog sounds. With a focus on house music, Navid has steadily gained recognition within the dance music community thanks to his wildly popular online mixes and his exclusive mixes on frisky radio, 8day Montreal, Husa Sounds, Deep House Toronto, Electronic Groove, The Deep Control Progressive House Argentina, Melodik Minds. Stay tuned for his next podcasts scheduled for 2020!! Navid returned home from Argentina in summer 2018 after playing in various events/ clubs in Buenos Aires including Club Rose in Rio. While he was there he focused primarily on music productions and collaborating with his favourite artists in Argentina. In his hometown Toronto he has played at numerous venues such as NEST, Parlour, One Loft, Escobar, Wildflower, and MOD Club and in 2014 he played at Eclipse music Festival in Quebec. He has also opened for international artists such as Simon Vuarombon, Luis Junior, Pole Folder, Tim Penner, Beat Syndrome and John ‘00’ Fleming. This multi-faceted artist has done various experiments in different electronic genres, ranging from deep house to progressive house and techno.
