Mr James is a selector born and bred in London. His sets take you on journeys through the continents, weaving through different sub genres of disco, house and world music. This summer, he appeared on Lost Village’s impressive lineup for the second consecutive year and played at the return of Secret Garden Party. Most recently, he performed at the iconic Pikes Ibiza. Mr James wears many hats in addition to selecting at some of the most prestigious festivals and venues. He is also a café owner and sound healer, two strikingly varied experiences that have only enriched his creative process. From his café he throws a lively, biannual vinyl party and guest chef pop-up called ‘On Rotate.’ Offering sound therapy is his way of giving back to his community while exploring otherworldly sounds and instruments.
