MØZ

Moritz Zeiße, better known by his stage name MØZ, is someone who has seriously put in the work. After a few years of being a relatively unnoticed local DJ in Leipzig, he was more than ready to perform once the gigs came knocking at his door. During these years he honed his craft to become the DJ he is today. In 2019, a young Moritz was leaving a strong impression. Having made a name for himself combining the untamed rawness of evil-minded machine funk wares with proper club-focused narratives. His mixes demonstrate this to full effect, constantly maintaining a vibrant sonic trademark merged with his ability to create hip-shaking rythms and multi-deck layers. Those who have seen him play recognize his talent to adapt his music to the circumstance. Although raw and minimalistic, his DJ output reflects a special kind of fervor, capturing an artistry and emotion that can often appear absent from the Techno genre. MØZ' pure approach to music has given him the glory to play at a few well known institutions in the east of germany and earned him a residency at the underground TENSIØN parties.
