Mosaic DJs
Biografía
Mosaic is a Derry collective made up of Connor Young, Ronan Sneddon and Eoin Simpson. The three found common ground through long conversations about records, late nights on dancefloors and a shared instinct for what makes a room feel alive. Mosaic grew from that, not as a spontaneous project, but as a way to shape the music they care about together. As DJs, they are rooted in the deeper, more driving side of techno, the kind that moves steadily,
builds tension and lets the music itself shape the night. Alongside that, they bring in touches of UK soundsystem culture, the swing of garage, the energy of breakbeat and the weight of bass, weaving these elements in naturally where it feels right. Mosaic also run small, intimate events in Derry. These nights are kept simple by design, a room
that feels comfortable, a crowd tuned in and enough space for a set to unfold properly. The
events give the trio room to test ideas, build trust with the people around them and stay rooted in the community that shaped them. After a string of club shows across Ireland, the project is still evolving, but the aim stays clear: play music they genuinely care about, create an atmosphere that feels honest and contribute something meaningful to the spaces they are part of.
