Morris (SP) (DJ/ producer) After more than twenty years as a Dj, Morris is a clear example of the evolution from old school to new school in electronic music. Even though in his beginnings he tended to lead towards hard techno, he has played almost every style without dwelving into the commercial, and pairing strength and good taste. Let´s not forget his first tastes in music were trash and industrial metal which you can still feel in his actual sets. At the same time he also feels attracted by more relaxed and melodic sounds, always with a dark and aggressive touch. As a producer he doesn´t limit himself to a lineal techno. His tracks combine classical percussion with emotional melodies and ripping arpeggios, filling everything with pads and vocals. Staying away from conventionalisms, his, is a very personal music focused on the emotional enjoyment of the listener.It thus differentiates facets as dj and producer, being one much more rhythmic and forceful and another more suggestive and refined. Always loyal to the techno that has seen him grow up as an artist. Currently he is the director of the Poison Bag collective, integrated by Dj´s from the spanish mainland with similar tastes as his, and also Ravin´ Beats, a galician collective which handles the production of raves and underground parties. In his long career as a DJ and promoter in Galicia (Spain) he has burned dance floors in hundreds of parties, clubs and festivals and is already an old acquaintance and a reference for new generations of DJs. He has shared the stage with legends such as Mark Broom, Pounding Grooves, Fatima Hajji, Boris Divider and Jesus del Campo. He has also worked in the vinyl music distributor "Soundfuktory", which had worldwide distribution of labels like: Fukt, Pattern plays, Stay up Forever, Fresh Grind, Motor Recs. etc. All this has shaped him as a dj, being a participant and spectator of the infinite evolution of electronic music over the years. In his first season in Da Nang he quickly made a hole in the music scene with his energy sets and in a few months he was dj resident at Factory 47, My Casa, The Premier Village and Cohibar. In addition to numerous appearances in many other events and parties in Da Nang and Hoi An. Now in his second season he returns with the warmest danceable rhythms and underground punchy kicks. His charisma and live staging is also something that makes his audience fall in love. Morris It is definitely a perfect balance between strength and elegance, a cocktail with muscle and heart. A Dj that never lets you down, a very personal producer, and a mix between the classic and the less conventional.
