molekühl

Active for many years as a vinyl DJ, musician, and event organizer, music has been her language since early childhood — a constant companion that now shapes her artistic voice. When she performs at club nights, molekühl takes listeners on a journey through her favorite vinyl selections, ranging from classic techno, trance, progressive house to bass-heavy sounds and experimental genres. Her sets are marked by a strong narrative flow, analogue warmth, and a touch of nostalgia. Her live sets are built with synths, keyboards and field recordings, offering audiences a deeper, more introspective listening experience. Her own music sounds much darker and more experimental as her dj-sets, but a carefully curated dramaturgy is crucial to her. Whether behind the decks or performing live, her multifaceted approach to sound has brought her to clubs and festivals all over Switzerland and beyond, including appearances at Fusion Festival and Kater Blau. Much like the molecular structures that inspired her name, molekühl’s diverse musical characters are intertwined within her.
