A party lover, dancer, dj, co-host of 'Endless Groove' (a non-profit community driven party series based in Stockholm) and initiator of 'Black Is...' (a platform focused on highlighting POC dj, dancers and promoters), moe is forever inspired/obsessed/in love with the communal joy manifested on dancefloors. A globetrotter at heart (originally from Sudan, raised in Dubai, lived in New Orleans, Kuala Lumpur, Stockholm and currently based in Berlin), he's traveled the world pursuing the magical feeling only dancefloors can exude; a search that proved to him that regardless of where you are, genres don't matter. What matters is the feeling the music gives and the energy/soul you put into it and the space as a participant in the collective experience, as a dancer, dj and organiser. This heavily informs his taste and selections which he currently explores through his VIBRATIO)))NS mix series, as well as his co-curation of Endless Groove. 'Endless Groove' is party series heavily inspired by The Loft and Beauty And The Beat. Built around the idea that "dancing is an act of collective joy", it aims to create a stronger community by combining dancing, food and social outreach in one space. The idea of is celebrating the art of djing by giving selectors the time and space to play extended all day sets (usually 7hrs) for guests to experience a journey. The gatherings are preceided by lunches at the venue so guests can share a meal and a conversation before dancing together, with food catered by immigrant run restaurants/businesses. As a non-profit party, all profits are donated to local and international charities/organizations, with a new organization selected for each party. 'Black Is...' is an initiative launched creating a network/platform supporting POC DJs/musicians/producers/promoters/dancers that have something deep & essential to say within the context of music/dance floors but who, time & time again, have their needs neglected, presence excluded, voices unheard & attempts to carve a space for themselves in their scenes denied. The goal is to celebrate these artists, as well as the allies who support them.
