Mischa Duncan brings old school vinyl mixing into the digital era. He has a happy groovy sexy uplifting sound, with Caribbean rhythms layered with some serious groovy baselines & beats. His massive record collection encompasses Tribal, Latin House & Tech-House and the best of Outland Record Store Amsterdam. Since 2012 Mischa has been running events on Thursdays at Amsterdam’s most famous rewarded golden Gnome award for best DJ Café, Cue Bar. He’s well-known at the ID’T Studio 80 and on Voidd Radio, both with host Manoah and with his own residencies. He has also had a monthly Techno Tuesdays closing set at the Sugar- Factory in Amsterdam, organized by Indeep’n Dance records. Mischa has taken his Tech-House and tropical tribal sound all around the Caribbean islands - Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire. In Spain he’s played in Barcelona, San Carlos de la Rapita, Valencia and Ibiza. His Mexican tour included dates in Mexico City, Tepozlan and Queratero. In 2013 Mischa started producing, and during his residency at Techno Tuesday in 2015 & 2016 he released awesome tracks like Minorities & Eldopa which marked him as a new upcoming producer in the Dutch underground scene. That unique sound also got noticed by the pioneers of one of the first Internet radio stations in Holland, Pure Radio, where he had he’s well-known weekly show The Groove Station since 2015. The Groove Station was an instant success what leaded to Live Events under the Station like The Groove Location & The Groove Cruise. Mischa Duncan also has sound-produced and mixed for experimental avant-garde art-music at Splendor and the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and at Klangforum Vienna, Austria. Mischa is just about to launch a new live radio show on AMW.FM:Named Decēns Live Radio, which will be live every Wednesday from 22:00 till 24:00 c.e.t. with invited guests and resident DJ’s: Manoah, G.A.B.Y, Klatergoud and Arno Visser.
