With a background as a classical pianist and a trained sonic artist, MINOS demonstrates a deep understanding of sound and musical arrangement in her releases. Her debut Compouse Urself EP came via New York-based label, Abu Recordings, in 2021 and was an Electro odyssey designed to transport listeners to a fantastical alternate dance reality. Her subsequent work has explored other sounds and dance forms, each with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on making the listener move. After years of DJing at venues and parties around the world, including in New York, London, Dubai, Colombia, Italy and Puerto Rico, MINOS has crafted a unique sound that blends Deep House, Minimal, Electro and Tech House. Her sets have garnered a reputation for being very high energy and enticingly groovy, with the capacity to make anyone, anywhere in the world, dance.
