Mina Tonic
Biografía
Mina Tonic is an explorer of sonic experiences, crafting sets that are as captivating as they are unique within Sydney’s music scene. A Filipino-Australian DJ whose neurodiverse perspective and cultural background shape an eclectic taste, Mina's sets are designed to move people—both physically and emotionally— and create connections on the dance floor.
Drawing from her early foundations as a classical musician, Mina seamlessly fuses futuristic sounds with nostalgic undertones, blending genres across the globe and through time into immersive journeys. Her ability to traverse soundscapes has seen her command stages at some of Australia’s most iconic clubs and festivals, including Melbourne’s Revolver, Lost Paradise, and Splendour in the Grass.
Beyond the decks, Mina's passion for community and connection led to the creation of Danza, a platform dedicated to fostering spaces for left-field, mould-breaking artists. She has also brought her sonic signature to radio shows and shared the stage with international legends such as Carl Cox and Jennifer Cardini.
Mina Tonic rebels against the commercial pressure to chase trends. Instead, she curates experiences that resonate, evolve, and leave lasting impressions long after the music fades.
