Biografía
Growing up in Mainhattan Germany in 1979, he was active in the punk scene, moved to Berlin in 1980 and experimented there with electronic music and guitars.
After a 3-year stay in London with David Harrow (Anne Clark, Dub Syndicate) he worked from 1990 on as a guitarist for the electro-punk band „Space Cowboys“.
From 1992 on, he printed specifically for Berlin clubs, clubwear in its own merchandising company and the first Love Parade and Tresor t-shirts.
Since 1995 until 1998 he was a member of the Ocean Club in Berlin, a club and radio project from Gudrun Gut and Thomas Fehlmann.
- 1997, he met DJ Clé at an electronic processing of Mozart's Don Giovanni at the club „E-Werk“ in Berlin and founded the Märtini Brös - see Facebook under Maertini Broes - which act since then as an electronic live band.
- 2000 bothe members were also involved in the project „Berlin Mitte Boys“ with Jürgen Laarmann and others.
- 2001 he founded with DJ Clé the „Audioparkstudio“ in Berlin.
While he released several albums with Maertini Broes aka Märtini Brös, he also contributed remixes for artists like Scissor Sisters, Tocotronic, 2-Raumwohnung (gold record), Louie Austen or Lützenkirchen and produced the electronic masters „Artist Unknown“ - watch on YouTube under Artist Unknown Undead.
- 2007 he was co-founder of the Berlin „Arena Club“ ( http://www.arena-berlin.de )
- 2009 he founded the label „NightsInGale“. Followed by several solo releases and remixes from his band Maertini Broes.
- 2011 he released „Moved By Mountains“ with Maertini Broes on Daredo Music
- 2012 he produced several music for motion pictures and big fashion shows.
- 2018 Maertini Broes achieved 20 years and relaunched their live shows.
- 2018 his solo album with David Harrow is ready to be released.
Besides he still works as a DjMC since he was sixteen years old.
