Their late-2022 release on Klein’s Parkwuud Entertainment label, CALLING FOR A PEOPLE TO COME, left a lasting impression on those who stumbled into its ghostly world. Bluesy guitar interventions and snarly syllabic vocal samples strike lightning down upon the barren landscape formed by the haunting central loop of “To be reduced.” The synth pads and droning textures of “More finishes other things,” developing with cinematic pacing, point towards neo-classical minimalist composition, while the percussion and saw-tooth bass of “NOKisNOTOK” hints at a new kind of experimental trap production.
