MerlinBerlin is an electro and techno music producer from and based in Washington, D.C. Her unique brand of music leans on groovy basslines, playful synth melodies, and hypnotic percussion as she borrows from several other genres such as Detroit techno, big room, new wave, and anime and video game soundtracks. Her music can be either light-hearted or dark, but always maintains an element of "pleasure" to it. Magic, science fiction, and mystery are at the core of her storytelling. As she adds DJing to her range, MerlinBerlin further blends different genres into immersive stories for the dancefloor. She firmly believes that embracing music and movement leads to joy and personal freedom.
