His interest in music goes back to school where he played in bands, and later was introduced into dance music and the rave scene in his late teens (best not to disclose his actual age as some clubs may go out of business). His new found love for underground dance music drew him to Ibiza where his musical tastes started to take shape. A repetitive bass line, a groovy beat and a hook that makes your face screw up. The stresses of life leave your head empty and open to the moment and only that moment. This is the moment that Melv tries to replicate in every one of his sets.
