Melix draws influence from the deep, dark techno played by artists such as Oscar Mulero and Alarico, with injections of hard, groovy, playful sounds as seen with DJs such as Daria Kolosova and Elli Acula. Melix combines a variety of techno sub-genres in her sets with labels such as Uncage, Undivulged and Mote-Evolver weighing heavy on her sound, whilst also enjoying play with experimental club beats from labels such as Kindergarten Records.
