Biografía
Max Glyde is a Melbourne-based music producer and DJ known for his energetic, groove-heavy sound that blends deep house and tech house. With an extensive background in music production and composition, his tracks channel a carefree, feel-good energy-crafted for the dance floor and shaped by both local and international influences.
Joining the roster at Eat The Beat midway through last year, Max entered a new chapter with a clear ambition: to deepen his impact in the DJ circuit while continuing to refine his sound for audiences at home and abroad.
He has built a reputation across Melbourne's key venues-including Revolver Upstairs, Music Room, New Guernica, Storyville, Section 8, Pawn & Co, Misfits and OneSixOne-delivering sets that strike a balance between underground energy and broad dance floor appeal, reflecting a renewed artistic direction rooted firmly in club culture.
An experienced producer, collaborator and writer in the studio, Max brings depth and versatility to every project he touches. He holds writing and production credits with internationally recognized acts including Nervo, Plastik Funk and Satin Jackets, as well as numerous Melbourne artists such as MorningMaxwell and Blush'ko. His production catalogue has generated over 2.8 million streams and earned placements on major editorial playlists including House Special, Just Chill, and New Music Friday.
With over 14,500 monthly listeners on Spotify and seven consecutive years of releases on the platform, Max has demonstrated both consistency and growth as an independent artist. His production work has also seen him collaborate with Chiseko, including opening the main stage at Beyond The Valley in 2024-further expanding his presence into large-scale live environments.
As a DJ, Max has increasingly focused on building his live presence with Eat The Beat, carving out a defined identity within deep house and tech house. This momentum has led to key opportunities, including playing after international artist Sidney Charles at Revolver Upstairs, as well as delivering a well-received six-hour set at Music Room-showcasing both stamina and refined crowd control.
With an evolving live presence, proven studio credentials, and a clearly defined artistic direction, Max Glyde is steadily solidifying his place within the contemporary house music landscape-both in Melbourne and beyond.
