Bio Master M began his musical career in 1995 in Geneva, initially exploring drum’n’bass before quickly evolving into techno, house, and electro. As a percussionist, he was one of the first in French-speaking Switzerland to integrate live percussion into the club scene, accompanying DJs and live electronic performances. His unique style is defined by a subtle fusion of percussion and dynamic rhythms, setting him apart from other percussionists. His Afro-electronic approach developed naturally through his immersion in the house and techno scenes of the '90s, genres that are central to his musical identity. He was also a resident DJ at the Zoo de l’Usine (Geneva) for 10 years, where he organized events for Brave New Sound and served as a member of the Usine's committee. Producer and Collaborations He has contributed to several vinyl and digital releases as a producer, collaborator, or percussionist. Some key examples include: Deetron (Music Man Records) – Body Language, percussion by Mariano Reale Paul Eg (Stark Records) – Punicher, percussion by Mariano Reale The Kompozit (album released in Switzerland) – Vocals and percussion Skail Master M (Slim Records) – 12 vinyl and MP3 releases, including remixes by various artists He has also collaborated with artists such as: Beroshima (Frank Müller), Électrique Rescue, Dave Ellesmere, Anton-x, Human Body, Damian de Roma, Disco Chanel, Ignition Technician Currently, he is recording percussion for the album by Lo Refresco, a project by Dandy Jack under the Ruta5 label. One of the tracks, Hé Carolina, will be released in early 2025 on a U.S. label.
