During sound engineering and music production studies in the Academy of Music in Katowice and The Royal Conservatory of The Hague, Marte spent his time exploring new possibilities in club music production. He is fascinated by music theory, acoustics and technology. Marte performs on stage using midi controllers: Novation Launchpad, Nanokontrol2, Nanokey2 and a tablet with a custom designed TouchOSC layout. These devices gives him an extended access to every sound. It allows him to improvise and modify arrangements in order to fully adjust to the atmosphere in the club. Marte has taken part in many other projects including concerts, album productions, workshops. On a daily basis he works as a sound designer and music composer for post-production studios.
