Having been raised on an encyclopaedic mix of genres and a trained classical pianist. Always working outside of the box taking inspiration from surroundings, artists and the world beyond his eyes. Releases on LT, Who’s Susan and Shall not Fade through 2022 and a debut album slated for 2023 - along with various scores for a number of films through 23/24. He has garnered support from the likes of; Haai, Parris, Daniel Avery, Faithless, Laurent Garnier, Marcel Dettmann, Benjamin Damage, GiGi FM, Nastia and Tommy47 among others. Using field recordings and resampled textures from his film work - Maroki has a knack for creating rich soundscapes with his signature leftfield-esque grooves. Never constrained by a particular genre his sound is continuously evolving.
