Biografía
DJ/Producer Mark Gwinnett (Lunacy Sound Division) is responsible for founding and running the Cubism label that was originally set up alongside the legendary artist Tony Thomas at the end of 2007. The label is now run in partnership with great friend Saytek.
Mark’s fingerprints can be found on many of the releases so far on Cubism with his trademark tech house remixes under his Lunacy Sound Division production alias as well as a number of collaborations with artists including Saytek, Sam Ball, Mike Healey, Tony Thomas, Alan Barratt, Rick Nicholls & Asher Jones. Lunacy Sound Division tracks and remixes have also been featured on a variety of other labels including Evasive Records, Is This, New Era, Cubic, Endemic, Adjust, SP Recordings and Killawatt and have found favour with DJs across the board including Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Nic Fanciulli, Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Dubfire, James Zabiela, Anil Chawla, Paulo Mojo, Tom Budden, Raymundo Rodriguez to name a few.
As if Mark’s extensive discography and running the Cubism label isn’t enough, he also maintains an impressive DJ schedule. He has appeared for clubs and brands which include Cable, Cargo, Turnmills, The Key, Off-Key, Saved, Click, Aquarium, River, Egg, The Loft, 54, Eden (Ibiza) Kanya (Ibiza) Empire (Brisbane, Australia), Undercurrent, Electric South, Club Class, Futurism, Rave in the Caves and Mode playing alongside a list of DJs that includes Terry Francis, Alan Fitzpatrick, Deepgroove, Nathan Coles, Sam Ball, DJ T, Geddes, Saytek, Paul Ritch, Yousef, Nic Fanciulli, Dubfire, Freaky Disco, Reset Robot, Mike Healey, Harvey McKay, Silver City, Tony Thomas, Paul Johnson, Caged Baby, Rhythm Code, Perc, Rick Nicholls, Asher Jones, Dave Robertson, Sebastien Leger, Leigh Morgan, Jim Rivers, Mike Healey, Duncan K, Rob Pearson, Raymundo Rodriguez, Luke Solomon and Serge Santiago.
