I’ve always experienced electronic music and especially the Downtempo scene behind it as an opportunity to enjoy a safe space while dancing and meeting likeminded people, allowing me to forget about the everyday hassle and to get lost in magical moments, be it night or day. So, when COVID hit the breaks on being a passionate dancer on these occasions, I felt the need to at least keep the sound and spirit in my life, which finally put me behind the decks. What I didn’t expect was how much I would love to play these uplifting, harmonic and at times darker tunes with deep baselines and how many opportunities it would open up for new input and exchange with other music-lovers. Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined to be invited to so many cities in Europe, and even recently to Jordan, and to be able to share my favourite tunes in places, I’ve always loved and/ or wanted to visit.
