Marcus Owen is a London-based resident DJ for Pêche presents and the Co-Founder of the charitable electronic music promoter, When It All Blows Over. Having started DJing in Cardiff whilst studying at University, he quickly built a reputation for quality music selection at student parties. He then moved to London in 2016 and became a resident for South-London promoter, The Funk Soul Disco, playing regular sets to a fast growing following. His sound has evolved over the years, blending between house, italo disco and techno. One thing remains constant. Energy. Now as a resident for Pêche presents, his sets often feature releases from Permanent Vacation, Running Back, Toy Tonics and Geigling, with techno representation from Afterlife, Innervisions and Anjunadeep. His latest covid brain child, When It All Blows Over, is run with friend & fellow resident DJ, Elliot Mitchell, and Flick Mulford. Initially a single fundraising event for NHS Charities Together during the pandemic, When It All Blows Over has now turned into a charitable focused promoter attracting top talent to play at their mainstay venue, Corsica Studios.
