Born in Florianopolis, an island in Brazil's south where electronic music culture is growing fast, Marcelo Oriano grew up knowing that he would become an artist. After playing the guitar for rock bands in his youth and also being a student of beauty arts between colleges, it was only years later, when marcelo was already working as a psychologist, that he found the way to express himself artistically that satisfied his soul: Producing techno! Oriano started using DAWs as a hobby, and quickly got skills enough to attract people's attention and interest into buying some of his songs. Excited about the opportunities, the young brazilian sold everything he had and went to Amsterdam to study audio engineering and electronic music production. Back to Brazil an year and half later with his taste for dark and industrial techno freshly developed, Oriano started to make his name in his city club scene, conquering his residency at Trip to Deep, one of the most important partys/labels in Brazil, in his first year around! Now, Marcelo Oriano is a well known name for his heavy and creepy style of techno, and also in the education for music production scene in his country! He's the frontman in Trip to Deep's records label and does mixing and mastering for artists from all around the globe!
