Utrecht based artist Lyrae has been immersed in the world of music since her earliest days. Back in 2022, she first started DJ’ing and since then recorded mixes for several renowned platforms such as Birdcage Radio, Radio Smederij, Maxi Radio and EMPL. This has earned her performances at several venues, such as NAR, EKKO and Borisov, as well as her recent residency at Birdcage Radio in February 2024. Lyrae has the ability to inflect her sets with an attitude that can be mysterious and interstellar-like, as well as playful and uplifting. Her sets are a seamless blend of genres; from progressive house to breakbeat and (progressive) trance. Yet, it's not merely about the music—it's about the experience. Lyrae's mission is to empower her audience, to elevate them through sounds that resonate with the soul and allow her audience to connect with themselves and others.
