Biografía
LVCA aka Luca Cazal started writing music on Piano and guitar at the age of 14.
While playing in various New wave and post punk bands during his teens in Milan, he was simultaneously cultivating a passion for electronic music. This duality between punk and electronic music influenced his evolution as an artist.
By 17, Luca was already releasing records with underground punk bands. After moving to London in his late teens, his passion for electronic music fully emerged. He continued to perform in bands as a guitarist and synthesizer player while also embarking on his journey into electronic music production, graduating from the SAE institute in London.
Luca stayed deeply connected to the underground scene, DJing at legendary venues such as Panorama Bar Hoppetosse in Berlin, Club de Visionnaire , Fabric in London, a long standing residency at DC10 under his Luca cazal moniker and many other underground clubs across Europe. He has also toured North, Central, and South America, and Asia. His LVCA project allowed him to release music on renowned underground labels such as Bordello a Parigi, Veintidos, Partisan, Opia to name a few.
Known for his wide-ranging style—from electro and Italo disco to house, new beat, and EBM—Luca is an avid digger and collector, with a particular love for analog synthesizers, owning a vast collection of 80s gear that has become central to his sound.
Recently, Luca has returned to the stage as a live artist, performing under his LVCA project. His live show features his own original material, using a significant amount of hardware, and he has been touring with this setup for the past year.
