From Glasgow, Scotland. Lunarplatz started her musical career in 2018. Inspired predominantly by Jeff Mills, techno was here first calling. But she soon transitioned into house music after hearing Paul Johnson’s Djoon set, everything changed. Transitioning from techno to house was what first started her recognition in the local Glasgow scene. And made a name for herself performing high paced, Afro, Latin and Chicago house. She consistently played house for 1 and a half years before techno called her back. This time, the groove movement was taking over. And after performing at Platform 18, it solidified her move. 3 years of finding her sound, she has released on local label RhythmDot and is set to release a number of tracks throughout 2023.
