No other art form in the world liberalizes emotions as intensively as music. Even if Lukas Lehmann could not have said it like that when he formed his first bands at the age of six: he has always felt it. Sharing this feeling with his fellows was the motivation to turn to DJing as a teenager and later to work for music magazine GROOVE. The passionate vinyl collector puts 20 years of experience behind the decks into each of his sets and takes the crowd on a journey – always with the aim of surprising both the people and himself. Based on electronic dance music, wide-ranging influences such as Funk, Disco, Hip-Hop or Afrobeat, Jazz and Neo-Soul to Melodic Techno form the sound of the Darmstadt native, who also appears as a producer. His home base Lui Hill Studio serves the synthesizer aficionado as a refuge to realize his musical vision either as a solo artist, as a keys player of his psychedelic formation Jay Woser or as a producer and engineer for other projects like Triorität.
