LSGrooves

Born and raised in Leeds, LSGrooves has been immersed in the city’s music scene from an early age. Starting out behind the decks at just 13, he was running his own club nights by 17, building his foundations within Leeds’ bass music circuit. His early career saw him play established local venues including MiNT Warehouse, MiNT Club, Mission and Space, alongside festivals such as MiNT Festival and Bassfest, before taking a step back from music for several years. Returning in early 2026 under the LSGrooves alias, he found a renewed direction in Leeds’ thriving underground scene, drawn to the stripped-back sounds of minimal house, deep tech and UK garage. Inspired by the atmosphere and community surrounding local institutions such as Distrikt, he is now focused on carving out his own identity within the city’s underground circuit, delivering energetic, groove-led sets rooted in the sounds that have shaped his journey. With deep roots in Leeds and a growing ambition to contribute to its evolving electronic music culture, LSGrooves has launched a new event called NCTRN, a new underground club night aimed at bringing like-minded artists and audiences together and adding another chapter to the city’s ever-developing scene.
