During 2019 Loula played live in support of Talvin Singh and The Orb, and released her debut solo album ‘ysmysmysm’ on Detroit label, Junted. Loula’s first physical release, LDOLS, a cassette of one-take live recordings made straight to reel-to-reel tape, dropped on bespoke tape label Rum Records in October 2019. The release made it into the Best Electronic Music on Bandcamp monthly round-up on the Bandcamp Daily blog, with Loula described as "One of the most interesting voices in analogue synthesis". Loula runs femme-focused synth-building and performance workshops under the moniker #AtariPunkGirls and has been commissioned to develop the concept into a stage show for Winter 2020.
