Raised between Greece, England and France, Lou Berlinger’s sound is anchored between the sea, dry landscapes and the cold and rainy climate of London, where she starts her career as a dj. Collecting vinyls since adolescence, she becomes obsessed with finding rarities and beautiful gems. Working on her music after a pre-doctorate in cinema, she starts to make mixs which, incorporates movie dialogues and cinematic themes. Later on, she moves in 2007 to Buenos Aires and experiences a new techno scene as she becomes one of the residentes of Trash Republique in Cocoliche. Obscure and sensual, her minimal style is immediately embraced by the public. In 2013, she presents her live “Noire Romance” in Berlin (Wilde Renate), Currywürst (Batofar, Iboat), Point Ephémère in Paris.
