Lenore
Biografía
Lenore is co-founder of elements, one of the longest running electronic music weeklies in the world, which she launched at the Phoenix Landing in January of ’99 and where it remains to this day. House music was her first passion which drew her to collecting records and ultimately djing, but she soon discovered an affinity for jungle and dnb when perusing new releases at local record store Boston Beat in the mid ‘90s. A resident of elements since its inception, she is known for her seamless style of mixing and commanding presence behind the decks. It doesn't matter the style, she does it all, having been an early supporter of autonomic, footwork and slower iterations of jungle. Her night has brought in local, national and international talent to Boston from Goldie, Andy C and Noisia to more up-and-coming acts, building the reputation of one of the most prestigious dnb events in the country and the world.
