LeeLee Mishi got her start on the decks in early 2000 while knee-deep in organization of the Om Summer Solstice Festival. She dove into record collecting and quickly amassed a collection of deep and jazzy house which she loved to play, whether back-to-back in her friend's basement or out with some other girls at the popular weekly event Chicks Dig It. Over the course of the next several years, appearances at venues throughout the Toronto area, Detroit and San Francisco, as well as Harvest Festival, Promise Cherry Beach, Evolve Festival and Burning Man allowed LeeLee to develop her passion for music and move dance floors throughout North America, even reaching as far as club Megaherz in Japan. LeeLee's sound matured when she moved from vinyl to digital in 2009, and ranges from funky, jazzy and playful to deep, dark and pounding. She is currently a resident at Archi-textures weekly and often appears at Promise, Box of Kittens and AlienInflux events in Toronto.
