Laura Lynn is a DJ based in Brooklyn, NY with roots in the Portland, OR dance music community. In 2023 she launched Disco Chalet, a late night winter soirée originating out of upstate New York inspired by après ski culture and 70's glamor. Growing up in the small town of Taos, New Mexico within a family of musicians, Laura Lynn developed a deep appreciation for diverse music genres. DJing since 2009, she has had an insatiable passion for house and disco, mixed with deep driving grooves and a mild nod of nostalgia she can easily captivate and guide an audience. Laura Lynn's career has also been marked by her role in bringing esteemed artists such as Joyce Muniz, Ryan Crosson, and Woolfy to the Portland area through her previous event, Modern Ritual. Her talent has taken her to headline shows across North America, from New York to Miami, Atlanta to Seattle, and Vancouver B.C. She has also graced European stages in Berlin, Zurich, and Vienna. Laura Lynn is frequently trusted to set the stage for top touring artists, showcasing her skills alongside acts like Crazy P, DJ Boring, Purple Disco Machine, Demi Riquisimo, Cut/Copy, Soul Clap, Blond:ish, Facundo Mohrr, and many more.
