Lakz bursts onto the scene with his eclectic sound, mixing elements of Trap and Rap with RnB, Lakz Baby is one to watch out for. The South Londoner takes his cues from artists across the pond such as Pi’erre Bourne & D Savage, while still keeping it true to himself and only with his first two musical outputs being in the form of ‘Plug’ an energetic club ready anthem and ‘Retry’ a love infused ballad showing Lakz range. In September Lakz made his debut live performance at the Dotwav Rough Trade Takeover, taking place at Rough Trade East in the heart of Brick Lane.
