Kim Jooyoung

KOR 어린 시절부터 하우스와 테크노의 중독성있는 리듬, 컴퓨터와 신디사이저가 만들어내는 전자음악의 독창적인 사운드에 관심이 많았던 것을 돌이켜 보면, 그가 성인이 되고 나서 DJ로 생활을 하고 있는 것은 당연한 일인지도 모른다. 2011년 작은 라운지 클럽에서 데뷔한 이후 지금까지, 일상에서는 쉽게 경험하지 못했던 전자음악의 매력에 청중들이 관심을 가질 수 있도록 사운드를 만들고 믹싱을 연구하는데 많은 시간을 들이고 있다. 현재 서울의 전자음악 레이블 OverCurrent의 디렉터로 활동중이며, 국내외 전자음악 아티스트들과 협업을 통해 여러 오리지널 및 리믹스 트랙들을 선보이고 있다. ENG Kim Jooyoung was mesmerized with the addictive rhythm of house and techno, and the sounds made by computers and synthesizers at an early age. It seems almost inevitable that he is currently living the life of a DJ. Since his debut in a small lounge club in 2011, he has been spending a lot of time making his unique sounds and exploring the way of mixing in order to attract audience’s attention and make them can be interested in electronic music that have not been easily experienced in everyday life. Currently, he is a director of Seoul's electronic music label ‘OverCurrent’ and presents original and remixed tracks through working with local and international electronic music artists.
