Kid Machine
Biografía
The debut Kid Machine EP was on Sounds of the Suburbs records in 2009 entitled 'Velours '77' for good friend/label owner Mike TV from Beats for Beginners. In Autumn 2011 Kid Machine's reputation grew, gaining exposure from all over the world with a little help from Kids' Italo Sensai Mr Flemming Dalum. Flemming put 2 tracks (Dragon, Replicants) on the Magic80 mix for Valeriecollective.com, and in return this gained label interest from Danish label > Relux Rimini Records.
Kid Machine also plays live with sets in Edinburgh, Manchester and The Netherlands in recent years. Using Ableton Live and a MIDI controller he arranges his tracks in an improvised fashion, so no two sets will ever be the same. Intergalactic FM in DEN HAAG, NL were quick on the scene to play and promote KM’s music, firstly on the Cyber Dance affiliated MagicWaves show, and then on I-F’s own show – The Bottomless Pit in 2012.
I-F or Ferenc (the owner of Intergalactic FM) was alerted to Kid Machine by a fan Mauro Belpassi in early 2012, and instantly, I-F wanted to release an EP on his legendary, and highly collectable label Viewlexx. Kid Machine is understood to be the first UK artist on this label. The EP (Viewlexx 023) sold out within 4 days of release in July 2012, and is played and supported by some great names around the world. The EP was mastered by another Dutch Underground legend Rude66. The label artwork was designed and Art Directed by Kid Machine.
Kid will continue to collaborate, remix, and produce in 2013 on several labels.
