Music has been an integral part of Kristiyana's life since her early years. While attending a school for pop and jazz singing as a child, she later diverged from vocal performances. Her interest and passion for electronic music were unlocked at her first party, becoming a pivotal moment. For years, she immersed herself in various events, parties, and festivals, drawing inspiration from the magic of rave culture. In early March 2023, she completed DJ Academy and shortly after acquired her own equipment, initiating practice in the comfort of her home. This marked the discovery of her true passion. Without delay, her debut took place in May 2023 at a small outdoor festival in her hometown, Yambol. The festival later scaled up significantly during the year. There, she had the honor of sharing the stage with artists like Pavel Petrov and Nikolay Kirov. Since then, KHRYSTYANA has graced the DJ scenes of iconic clubs and bars in the capital, including Memento and K.U.P.E., as well as venues in Plovdiv and along the Black Sea coast. Inspired by renowned artists such as ARTBAT, Miss Monique, Anyma, Camelphat, Space Motion, Enzo Siffredi, Zafrir, and more, KHRYSTYANA embraces a diverse range of electronic genres—from indie dance to progressive house, afro house, melodic house & techno, all the way to the high BPMs and dense basslines of techno and psy-trance. She loves to experiment and infuse a bit of everything into her sets. Nevertheless, she has found her core sound. From the very beginning, she has been captivated by melodic house & techno. She believes that the beauty of this captivating genre lies in the unique combination of melodic progressions, synths, delicate percussions, and dynamic beats that hypnotize the audience, leading them on a magical journey.
