Whilst casually living the low life, combining DJ'ing, University, and his love for fashion, everything seemed to change after hearing Larry Heard a.k.a. Mr. Fingers, and his contemporaries. Chicago House amazed and blazed away a newly opened musical trail, seamlessly connecting with his hip-hop roots. Since this moment his style and vision have been steadily evolving, adding Zouk and other related African genres to his soulful mix du amour. Over the past years, Kevin Lo's captivating energy spread a misty fog across dis- tinguished clubs and online radio stations such as HOR (Berlin), Kiosk Radio (Brussels), Future Intel (The Hague), and Skatecafe (Amsterdam). He runs Tuff Luck collective alongside his solo undertakings, executing a monthly residency at Operator Radio (Rotterdam) and a fabled party series at Wibar (Leiden). Kevin Lo's shine has not reached his prime just yet, but with his elaborate- te musical selections and firm vision, we all got plenty to look forward to.
