With over 12 years in the industry KC Wray is a true student of the game who strives for perfection in everything he does. With so many years and experience under his belt KC Wray has developed a very eclectic and groovy style that spans multiple genres and Era’s. His experience and tenacity is clearly reflected in his seamless mixing and his crisp production. Having gained a solid reputation in the Berlin scene as a DJ who always delivers, KC Wray quickly saw himself touring across Europe, Asia and South America. Having played legendary venues such as Wilde Renate in Berlin, Monovox in Ecuador, Monarch in San Francisco and Spybar in Chicago KC Wray has continued to turn heads around the globe. With his first release on SNOE records back in October 2018 KC Wray has amassed an impressive discography in a short amount of time. With releases on major labels such as Repopulate Mars, Lapsus and Material and underground imprints like Andre Salmons Sagmen records it is easy to understand why KC Wray has allowed him to collaborate with big industry names like Kevin Knapp and Andre Salmon and has earned him the support of major industry figures like Lee Foss, MK, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Dj Deeon and K’Alexi Shelby. In 2019 KC Wray set his sights on Chicago and returned to the USA in order to focus more on the US market and to be closer to the source of House Music. With the reputation he earned through his production and club resume KC Wray quickly established himself as one of the top producers and DJ’s in Chicago which landed him a residency at the infamous Spybar. Moving forward into 2020 KC Wray already has an impressive release schedule lined up with releases on Lapsus records, Sagmen with a remix from Chicago house legend Dj Deeon and LA based Slightly Sizzled records with a remix from UK house music powerhouse Lister (formerly A-Lister). 2020 will also see the launch of KC Wray’s on label and event series Shake Shop Records which will have a monthly residency at Spybar in Chicago.
