Biografía
A very active member of the music scene in Dubai since 2003, Karam Toubba performed in various bands as a vocalist, organized events, & an occasional public speaker & an advocate for local & regional music scene growth.
Never afraid to go too hard, his musical selections are his own world. Karam Toubba developed a strong mix of musical influences. Having grown up on Heavy Metal & Industrial, Ambient & Darkwave, Drum & Bass and Jungle, Minimal & Dub... all lead him to find his own love & appreciation for Techno.
Started his DJing journey 10 years ago, playing Drum & Bass and Jungle before moving into Techno
His track selections become into mixes where he picks dark, deep, hypnotic & powerful musical pieces put together for a memorable experience.
The growth of his fanbase is all thanks to his persistence in maintaining his position where pushing boundaries with music & radical self expression on the dance-floor is the experience he believes in. Pushing underground Techno for a long time, headlining local & regional shows, held residencies in the Decibel DXB & Rave Movement parties, & a residency with DanceFM 97.8 for 2 years. In addition, performing alongside established artists, whether opening or closing after them.

With an open mind & a collector of many genres, Karam Toubba always takes the pleasure to curate special sets. Playing House, Minimal, Breaks & other sounds to fit an event’s sonic journey.
In addition, Karam Toubba runs a community radio called MiZa Radio, in the capital of UAE, Abu Dhabi, that live-streams every Saturday on YouTube
Inviting local DJs & regional ones who happen to be in the country, ensuring visibility for them in the digital space. He also mentors beginning DJs & helps to support DJs who don’t own industry standard equipment to practice so they are event ready - all for free.
