Kang Brulèe

His debut EP, Short Story of a Bedroom (2019), blends electronic foundations with world music influences across six tracks. In 2020, he co-founded an electronic music project with Polezsky, which led to the release of Leit Motiv, an exploration of transmediality inspired by the performing arts, cinema, and photography. In 2023, he released the EP Motion for Origami Series, a sub-label of Berlin-based Fides Records founded by internationally renowned DJ Z.I.P.P.O. That same year, he released the single Out of Time, also on Fides Records — a track that fuses nostalgia, meditation, and grandeur by combining acoustic textures with contemporary production techniques to craft an evocative and introspective soundscape. In 2024, the track was handpicked by pioneering DJ Laurent Garnier for his acclaimed Fabric Presents mix for Fabric London. His style fuses the atmosphere of UK dancefloors with a cinematic approach, crafting sonic narratives that oscillate between introspective serenity and kinetic energy. His compositions feature evolving harmonic progressions, immersive textures, and dynamic rhythmic structures, shifting seamlessly from club-ready dub grooves to ethereal soundscapes. Atmospheric brass, intricate tremolos, and deep, resonant chords convey emotional depth, while tribal beats and darker tones add raw, organic intensity.
