KAMIKAZEM is a Copenhagen-based DJ and producer of Iraqi origin, and a resident of the Neckless Collective, forging a distinct voice in the hard techno underground. Introduced to DJ culture at 14 in London, KAMIKAZEM came up in one of the world's most genre-fluid cities before planting roots in Copenhagen. His sound draws a direct line between pounding hard techno, acid, and trance euphoria, threaded with Middle Eastern tonality that makes his sets immediately identifiable. On the dancefloor, that translates to something visceral: rooms that start moving and don't stop, crowds that hit a collective peak and stay there. He has taken that energy across continents - hosting underground events in Minneapolis, Medellín, Vienna, and Koh Phangan, building dancefloors from scratch in cities with no prior connection to his name. Back in Copenhagen, he has played MODULE's main floor, HIVE, and Underwerket, warmed up for YOUNA (KR) at MODULE kiosken, and is booked for Distortion, Roskilde, and The Outpost Festival in summer 2026. As co-organiser of SPEKTRUM - a Funktion-One sound, synchronised AV event series - and a driving force behind Neckless Nights (13 events, trending on Resident Advisor), KAMIKAZEM builds scenes as deliberately as he plays them. His productions "Acid Triumph" and "Get Naughty" are out now, with "Trigger Finger" forthcoming in 2026.
