I've always felt that we live in a world bound by discretization so we naturally want to put music into categories, but I believe music and art span infinitely hence why I don't believe in Genres. I've seen firsthand from Physics how music has a deep, profound connection to reality and all the beings that it inhabits. Studies show how music as an art form, invokes deep mental stimulation, not just to humans but in all animals with a brain. Right down to the quantum level where different frequencies of vibration create different particles. How what we thought were particles were actually waves, akin to sound waves. I feel a love for music that has been passed down to me for generations.
