In 2022, Joonam experimented with a mixer for the first time in a bar in Bolivia. Since then, her DJ mixer has been her loyal companion and longest relationship. The compulsion to limit herself to existing genres is just as square as the obligation of any other social category. Joonam would most likely label her musical style breaktrance, a mixture of trance, breakbeats and anything else that's fun. Fun is at the core of Joonam's sets. Dancing, jumping and embracing are allowed and encouraged.
