Since childhood he shows an extraordinary artistic flair: plays the piano, sings in a choir and draws illustrations. In the early 90’s embrace the Hip Hop culture becoming a graffiti writer in 1993, while in 1997 start his musical career as a turntablist. In 2000 he approaches to electronic music with beatmaking and the art of sampling. In 2001 he joined the band Alien Army, with which he released his first productions and early experiences of tour in Europe. Since 2004 is part of the jury in the competitions of ITF, DMC and Killa Skratch Kombat. In 2007 he founded the band John Type Ensemble, formed by bass, drums, keyboards, horns and turntable as the main instrument. The band performs live, the songs of Lunatic Decadence, his first solo album released in 2009 on Irma Records featuring international artists such as D-Styles and Mike Boo. Additionally since 2008 he collaborated for five years with Negrita, one of the most successful bands in Italy, working on two platinum selling albums on Universal Records and several tours around the world. With cutting-edge techniques and extraordinary musical culture, is a leader of scratching and mixing, in 2016 he became known in the international scene as the inventor of MidiTablism. His extensive knowledge on technology and electronic musical instruments, led him to work for Vestax, italian artist for Ableton and video performances for Mixars and Pioneer DJ.
