Joanna K is a DJ and the co-founder of The House Party collective, a team focused on promoting house music in Barcelona. After some years of exploring the world of electronic music she has discovered that what she loves the most are the groove, funky melodies, piano and saxo riffs and oldschoold beat. Those elements are present in disco, afrobeat, funky house, gospel house and classic garage house, which are her favourite genres and they make the foundation of her vinyl collection. Music is for her a source of positive energy and it's the way to connect with people. She's currently active on Barcelona scene after moving to Spain from Szczecin (in Poland), a city located close to Berlin and influenced by its vibe.
