She’s known for her high-energy sets that fuse dub, breakbeat, techno, drums and bass-driven club music. With a sound rooted in rhythm and heavy low-end, she draws inspiration from her Surinamese heritage to create dynamic and percussive journeys on the dancefloor. When on stage, her presence is driven by emotions, movement, and a deep, resonant sound that works contagiously on every audience. With experience ranging from steamy clubs like Garage Noord, Sissi’s & NAR to the wide fields of festivals such as Best Kept Secret & Wildeburg, Jazz has proven she knows how to get people moving - no matter the environment. Beyond the conventional stages, she showcases more of her diverse sound and explores the edges of underground records at renowned radio platforms across the Netherlands, including Radio Radio, Operator & Relate. Diving even deeper into her passion for music, she started her own platform Ghettolicious, where she curated female+ lineups spotlighting bold and boundary-pushing artists for more diversity in the community.
