Javi Lier, is a promoter and artist from Galicia but Madrid based since 2015. Co-founder of Ego-Trip in 2018: Event promoters, music label and collective that has been curating events in Madrid for the past 6 years bringing international and national talent together and always enriching music quality and variety. Gigi FM, Pariah, Luca Lozano, OCB or Solid Blake are some of the artists Ego-Trip has brought to Madrid. This immersion into the national music scene has brought Lier to perform at some of the best clubs in the country like Razzmatazz, Lanna Club, Mondo Club Vigo, Studio 76 or LA2 Seville. Always looking back at the roots of electronic music, from Chicago House to Detroit Techno, Javi is always looking for new influences that can move the dancefloor with no genre-boundaries. Uk music such as bass, dubstep or jungle are a staple of Lier mixes and DJ sets. All of this comes influenced from other music styles like Old school Hip-Hop, Trip-Hop, funk or dub.
