London born & bred, James Bennett began realizing his passion for house & techno music at the tender age of 17, upon arriving in Ibiza…With massive appreciation for the scene, James continued to attend parties such as Mumu London & Ibiza, Fuse London & Ibiza and Secret Sundaze religiously, constantly developing his knowledge, and understanding of the growing scene, heavily inspired by artists such as Lee Rands and Chris Maran. Bennett began to take it into his stride to build on his passion and love for the music and take his own approach to providing clubbers across the globe with his own take on the UK Bassline / Underground House sound. With this in mind, and after already buying music since the age of 18 with a massive library worthy of any dancefloor, all inspired by Bassline House & Techno, James went on to take a DJ’ing course at London’s renowned POINT BLANK College. Since then, James has moved only forwards with developing on his unmistakable style and addictive sound, not only playing in London Clubs, but overseas across South East Asia as well. James has gained massive influence from artists/DJ’s and those who inspired him across the board during his travels throughout Asia, and always extends special thanks to DJ Mee & Mariana (Vocalist)of SoundE Neo house, Keng ‘Supper Lemon’ (Addicts Projex) and P’Tui of legendary Club Culture/Café DeMoc/Culture One Festival (Bangkok), and to all who have supported him throughout his time spent in Thailand. James’s sound can only be described as powerfully unique with an even mix of vocals & basslines, guaranteed to keep ANY dancefloor bouncing. After many years striving in London to gain recognition, James began to play his unmistakable LONDON SOUND at EGG Club for PRIMO London.
