J.Catriel
Biografía
He began his DJ career in 2012 mixing cumbia
sonidera at various parties in the Buenos Aires
suburbs. In 2018, his involvement in the graffiti
world took him on a tour of Europe, where he
became captivated by the techno scene, particularly
in Stockholm, where he stayed for two years,
immersing himself fully in the scene and laying the
groundwork for his future endeavors.
Back in Argentina, Joaquin dedicated himself to
producing his own events. Inspired by the outdoor
parties he attended in Stockholm, he created Delirio
Free Open Air, a free party that had its first editions
illegally during the pandemic in various parks and
squares of the city. Currently, it brings together more
than 4000 people at each of its editions, becoming one
of the most interesting phenomena in the scene.
He is also the creator and resident of A.C.A.B.
RAVE, a techno-focused event series held at
various secret locations in the city, featuring DJs
such as Anita Bqueen, Que Sakamoto, Nusar3000,
and Fermin Ugarte.
In 2022, he released his debut EP “The Music of the
Future” under the Nadaville Records label in Stockholm,
Sweden. Additionally, he has participated in parties
and festivals in various countries such as Germany,
Sweden, Chile, and Paraguay.
In 2023, he closed one of the stages at Primavera
Sound Argentina and has shared lineups with
renowned Argentine DJs such as Sol Ortega,
E110101, Klauss, Anita B Queen, Ana Hagen,
Victoria Arena, Tayahana, Valentina Spirito,
TINKERHELL, EVLAY, Franzizca, among others.
In 2024, he joined the roster of artists at Maquina
Latina, a new agency and label curated by Sol
Ortega, which will have its first showcase in April.

in La Plata, and performed a DJ set at Lollapalooza
Argentina.
